we promoted and organised a Q&A hosted by jonathan ross with andy nyman and jeremy dyson on 20 july.
prepromotion included multiple ads in the sunday times culture (x2), quarter pages, 7x5, 10x2s in the times, emails to the times database included times culture plus drinks offer (negotiated for free as part of drinks sponsor of opening night and ongoing deal. Other promotiong included tweets by forbidden planet, andy nyman and jonathan ross and promotion on urban junkies.
